Residential electric customers are eligible for a mail-in rebate of $0.15 per square foot of floor space by submitting a Rebate Application with required proof of purchase.
The addition of insulation to an existing floor is eligible for a rebate through a post-purchase application process. Equipment should be purchased on or after July 1, 2019. Home$ave rebate applications are valid for 90 days after product purchase. After 90 days, the equipment is no longer eligible for rebates from Danville Utilities.
Must be installed in a qualifying space, which separates conditioned (inside) from unconditioned space (basement). The space must have existing insulation of less than R-19, and the project must include adding a minimum R-19 to achieve a final insulation value of R-19 or greater to be eligible for the rebate of $0.15 per square foot of qualifying space.
